Imagine waking up surrounded by birdsong and tall tropical trees, ancient ferns, and towering bamboo in a beautiful cloud forest jungle on the slopes of Hualalai Mountain, one of the three active volcanoes on the Big Island of Hawai'i.

Elena Prus

Ellie is the founder of Align with Ellie (AwE) and a holistic wellness facilitator with over 10 years of experience in yoga, mindfulness, and integrative wellbeing. She holds a Master’s degree in Ayur Yoga and has a background in traditional hatha yoga, Ayurvedic principles, and mindfulness-based practices. Her approach is informed by time spent studying in India with yoga teachers, Gurus, Ayurvedic practitioners, and holistic mentors, grounding her work in authentic tradition. Ellie offers personalized sessions designed to support the person—mind, body, and spirit. Her work is rooted in compassion, collaboration, and the belief that wellness is not one-size-fits-all, but a journey we walk together.

Katia Davis

Katia Davis is an Intuitive Purpose Coach, the author of Balancing the Rainbow Within, and the visionary behind Inner Rainbow Healing and Rainbow Reiki Energy. With over 20 years of experience studying healing traditions around the world, Katia specializes in helping women clear the energetic patterns and blocks that dim their natural radiance. She uses a unique blend of chakra alignment, Reiki, and soul-centered coaching to help you move out of feeling stuck and into a fulfilling lit-up life. Through her intuitive insight and energy readings, Katia guides you to reclaim your worthiness and rediscover the vibrant, whole, and radiant person you truly are.

  • On the final day, enjoy a gentle morning practice and a nourishing snack before preparing for departure. Check-out times may vary depending on your travel schedule, and activities are designed to allow flexibility for early or later departures. Take a final moment to reflect, journal, or simply soak in the beauty of the Kona Cloud Forest before you leave.

The food on this retreat is a vital part of your cleanse experience. When we simplify what we eat, it frees up our energy and allows us to hear our intuition and do deep energetic and emotional work. Ellie has designed a 3-day vegan Ayurvedic reset that focuses on ease, digestion, and grounding.

The Daily Rhythm:

  • 9:15 AM | Morning Break-Fast  After our morning practice, we gather for a gentle, warm breakfast. Choose a simple oatmeal paired with fresh local fruits, or, if breakfast isn’t your thing, enjoy a lightly stewed fruit compote. Paired with hand-blended teas, this meal is designed to gently wake up and energize your system.

  • 12:45 PM | The Mid-Day Reset Our main meal is Kitchari, a traditional Ayurvedic dish of mung beans, rice, and vegetables. A selection of vegetables is served alongside, supporting balance, digestion, and gentle nourishment. This meal provides complete protein that is incredibly easy to digest, keeping your energy stable for our deep healing retreat activities.

  • 6:00 PM | Soothing in the Evening We close the day with a gentle, nourishing soup or vegetable stew, crafted to ease digestion and comfort the body. Keeping dinner light is a key part of the cleanse, allowing your body to focus on restoration and deep sleep rather than heavy digestion.

Available All Day: Custom hand-blended teas are available throughout the day, thoughtfully curated with different themes to support what you need in each moment. Warm teas will keep you cozy as the forest mists roll in.

Tridoshic fruits and vegetables accompany your meals, supporting all doshas, aiding digestion, and providing gentle nourishment.

  • Preparing for the Forest: Because we are perched in the high-elevation cloud forest, the weather is beautifully misty and cooler than the coast. Packing in layers will ensure you stay comfortable as we move between movement, meditation, and rest.

    For Your Body:

    • Cozy Layers: Think soft sweaters, cardigans, or a light fleece. The forest air is crisp, especially in the mornings and evenings.

    • Comfortable Movement Wear: Clothes you can move freely in for our morning practices and stretching.

    • Warm Socks & Slippers: Essential for staying cozy inside the sanctuary.

    • A Light Rain Shell: For forest walks when the mist turns to a gentle drizzle.

    • Sturdy Walking Shoes: For grounding walks on the forest floor.

    • Refillable Water Bottle: To stay hydrated throughout your cleanse.

    For Your Soul:

    • Sacred Objects: Feel free to bring a favorite crystal, mala beads, or a small item that represents your intention for this cleanse.

    • An Open Heart: Perhaps the most important thing to pack. Come as you are, ready to clear what no longer serves you.

    We’ve Got You Covered: We provide all yoga mats, meditation cushions, and props, as well as all the hand-blended teas and Ayurvedic meals you’ll need for your three-day reset.

    We’ll also email you a packing list when we get closer.

  • It’s a common surprise! Because we are high on the slopes of Hualālai, it is significantly cooler than the beach. Temperatures usually hover between 60°F and 75°F. When the mist rolls in, it feels like a cozy, temperate forest rather than a tropical beach. You will definitely want those sweaters and warm socks for our evening circles.

    Weather: Temperatures are usually a comfortable 60 – 75 degrees ºF. Mornings are usually sunny blue skies, with cloud mist transitioning into light showers mid-day, and clear skies again by sunset.

  • Absolutely! Most of our retreat-goers come on their own but leave with friends for life!

  • The retreat is capped at 10 people. We want to be sure this is a meaningful intimate experience.

  • We’re just 20 minutes from the Kona airport. We can help you arrange pick-up and drop-off or send the address for you to meet us here!

  • The CLEANSE retreat includes 3 meals on the full days, dinner on the first, day and breakfast on the final day. It includes shared accommodations for all rooms, except the ‘Amakihi Room, which is single occupancy. The retreat also includes:

    • Water, tea, and fruit served throughout the day

    • Yoga and meditation classes

    • 1 hour treatment (Private Yoga with Ellie or a Reiki healing session with Katia)

    • Specialized workshops

    • Nature hike with trusted guide

    • Pre / post retreat support from our team

  • The CLEANSE retreat does not include: Flights, Travel insurance, Visas, or any additional activities not mentioned in the plan (afternoon “Free Time to Explore the Island” is at your own discretion and expense if you choose to leave the retreat.

  • Cancelation Policy:

    • 100% deposit refund for cancellation 60+ days before the retreat start date

    • 50% deposit refund for cancellation 30-59 days before the retreat start date

    • 0% refund for cancelation 0-29 days before the retreat start date

    Remaining Balance:

    • Remaining balance is due 30 days before the retreat start date

    • If paid at the time of booking, a full refund of the remaining balnace is available up to 30 days before your retreat start date

    • If you cancel 0-29 days before your retreat start date, your retreat start date remaining balance is non refundable
